One question, to help avoid confusion when people who've learned in 
different groups play at one table:

Is there a recommended direction of usage for these?  For example, 
"closed pocketwatch" before achieving 10 cards and "open pocketwatch" 
afterwards.  Or "in the box" before achieving that goal and "on the 
table next to your IDs and Missions" afterwards?
