Most of the current pieces are transparent, not translucent. They may filter light for color, but they don't scatter it. Translucent items are 'smoked' or 'frosted'. Here's an easy way to remember: transParent is Pellucid, translUcent is tUrbid You could make translucent versions of any of the current transparent pieces using a fine sandpaper. -- Elliott C.
