Well, if you sign up to run 4 hours of events, you'll get in for half-price. 12 hours of events is a free admission (at least that was the arrangement for the last Ubercon).
If anyone else can go and run AYAW?, I know they'll appreciate it. My 2 midnight games last time filled to capacity and had bystanders waiting to jump in as seats became available.
