Andy's movie came at exactly the right time for me!  I was playing
Fluxx this weekend, under Play All conditions, and had a Hand Limit 1
in my hand as well as a "The Cheese Stands Alone" goal which would have
let someone else win.  Played my Hand-Limit, chose to honor it,
discarded all but one card, then played it under Play All and the game
went on a while longer!
