Pizza.  Definitely pizza.  That's my opinion.  It's
quick, it's easy - and it's AMERICAN!  Order pizza, break out the
Fluxx Español and have a great evening!

And tell Manuel that all of us here wish him well!  May he heal
quickly and have little pain.  Tough for a kid to go through - all
of that - but it's fantastic that he's got a great foster family while
he's here.

Sorry about not being around much lately. Some of you may recall we have volunteered to be a host family for a 13 y.o. boy from Honduras. He has been in a hospital getting treated for burns in the next town over. (or down, actualy). We have been driving the 2+ hour round trip 3-4 times a week recently, and it's taken up a lot of my time.

 

I just got the call from his nurse. Manuel comes home today!! Well, not to HIS home... but he's being discharged from the Burn Hospital today and we will bring him to our house! We will be doing dressing changes twice a day- but no 2hour+ drives!

I need to figure out what to dofor dinner. We probably won't get home until 6. And I won't want to prepare a fancy meal after the drive and all.

 

and now I will have more time in my day. I have a Game Day planned for mid March. I'll need the break by then! And I need to schedule a make up demo day with a store. I had to miss it due to this whole situation.
