1. The game needs 9 stashes, because I am not sure how to consolidate it. There might be cases where players can see the same things and stuff, and I would rather be safe. (Perhaps 6 stashes could be used, but that means the referee has no "official view". 2. The referee needs to occasionally make random decisions. For instance, if you attempt to move to a B3 but the opponent has occupied all three B3 star systems? (And it would be a bit unfair to ban all interaction outside of the homeworld systems!) 3. I was considering adding the black ships that could learn information about cloaked enemy ships. For instance, you can use the black ability to learn the size and color of all enemy ships you can legally attack in that system. But I am not sure if that would be too overpowered, or break the game, or if it would be too weak since you have to spend a whole turn to do that. 4. How visible should the stash be? You need to know what you can do without gaining too much information about what the opponent has. I was thinking that you can only see if there is a piece available of that size+color, not how many. Also, you only receive updates at the start of your turn, and after every action you take. 5. How visible should invaders be? I want to avoid the game being a race to send a large into the enemy's homeworld and hoping they do not notice. So you can
