The latter. You need all three victory conditions to win and the Head
(FRED) only satisfies one.
Even if you satisfy both FRED and the Head (assuming you have both), you
still to get your nice shiny watch (10 cards in hand).

This was a question that popped into my head when I saw that the
Head-in-a-Jar was a Gadget in EAC. Here's my problem...if you satisfy the
ID (Mission) under the Head (FRED) while you're playing UberChrononauts,
do you win instantly, or does it only count as getting your ID home
(completing the Mission)? I play it the latter way, but I just wanted to
be sure.
