Hi Kimberly
When you log in as your Rabbit ID, you can go shopping in any of the online
stores. If your school has been entered into our system and if you've been
associated with that school (and Kimberly, you're fine on both counts) then
when you go to the shopping cart, you'll see right near the "Update
Cart/Empty Cart" buttons that there is a little drop-down menu that says
either "Personal Order" or "Order for YOUR SCHOOL" (in your case, Kimberly,
it says "Order for Learning Path".
Make sure that window is in the correct configuration for your current
order (set it to your school for school purchases) and then hit "Update
Cart." That should apply the discount for your school purchases. Continue
shopping and check out as normal.
The problem for you Kimberly, was that when I set up your school, I forgot
to set the 30% discount in our system for you. Doh! I've got it set that
way now, so you should be fine!
