I'm crazy-I sleeve my Fluxx decks, so I don't have the jagged edges showing.

Use a very sharp knife and draw it backward over the edge of the card
several times.
This will make the "jaggies" soft and wear them down without ruining your
card edge.

You can also use very fine grit sand paper to do the same thing, only its
harder to not mess up the card.
