So I guess it's time to do a wiki. If I typed up the info, could

I'll happily post it for you if you want, but it's really easy to set
up an account on the wiki; all you need to do is click on "Create an
account or log in", type a user name and type your password twice.
You don't even need to provide an email address or real name, but
it's nice if you do.
