On MediaWiki, it's much easier to simply block an account from ever
editing again than it is to actually delete the account. If you
delete the account, there may be problems with the history of
articles that account has edited.

I emailed Mike Sugarbaker (the "pwn3r and operator") but I don't know
if that's going to do anything. The place is infested with bad
accounts that have been there for months if not years and he hasn't
ever acted to get rid of them before.
