Other possibilities (obviously wording foo required, these are off the top of my head):
* Action: "As soon as you draw this card, discard it. This card counts towards the number of cards you have drawn this turn, but not towards the number of cards you have played this turn." (A minor "screw" card.)
* Keeper: "On your turn, you may pass this card to the player on your left, then put one card from your hand into the discard pile, ignoring the text on that card. The card you put into the discard pile still counts towards the number of cards you have played this turn." (A "get out of making another player win once" card.)
