Yay! Thank you to all our furry rabbits - glad to hear about all the fun! --On November 25, 2009 swift@xxxxxxxxxxxxx wrote:
The demos were very well received. We have a pretty good fan-base now and Furries are avid Fluxx players. Put a version of Fluxx in front of them and they're entertained for hours. We cycled about 70 attendees through various demos over a two hour block of time on Saturday and again on Sunday. We focused our efforts on Martian Fluxx, Chrononauts and Aquarius at two of the three tables we asked for and the Treehouse Family of games at the third table. Our efforts were supported by M&T Comics who carry the LL Product in the convention's dealer room. We run the demo's and send them down the hall to Mike to pick up their own copy. I think we handed out the last of our 10th Anniv. promo packs and we still have a few "Stop the Clock" cards left. We're going to have to re-stock on our swag for 2010. Anyway, big thanks go to Silaria, Javi Roo, Xavier Fox Shandi and Jacob Hare for their assistance over the two days in hosting the Looney Lab Demos. *Hugs* Swift Fox Pittsburgh Warren > Message: 1 > Date: Wed, 18 Nov 2009 17:57:14 -0800 > From: swift@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > Subject: [Rabbits] Game Demos at Midwest Furfest in Wheeling, IL > > Silaria, Xavier, Javi and I will be running demos at Midwest Furfest > at the Weston in Wheeling, IL, just NW of Chicago, on Saturday and > Sunday mornings from 10-Noon. > > http://www.furfest.org > > If you're going, stop in and see us. :) > > Swift Fox ---------------------------------------------------------------- This message was sent using IMP, the Internet Messaging Program. _______________________________________________ Rabbits mailing list Rabbits@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://lists.looneylabs.com/mailman/listinfo/rabbits Rabbit Wiki: http://rabbits.continuation.org/wiki/Main_Page
