For those of you who haven't been following the local prop elections, both MI and MA relaxed the laws on marijuana -- MI allows medical use, and MA decriminalized possession of one ounce or less, making the offence punishable with a citation and a $100
fine.

CNN is not reporting the results of MA prop 2, but it passed by a similar huge margin, with 65% in favor.
