Based on the picture and the description, I'm guessing not.  All the cards seem to have white backgrounds and IIRC, none of the Chrononauts cards do (just white borders on all but the timeline and IDs which are black border/background).  The description states the following cards are included:

"The new Basic Rules Card" (presumably for Fluxx)
"Composting" (Fluxx Rules card, to promote EcoFluxx)
"Werewolf Etiquette" (for Are You A Werewolf?)
"Martian Hold 'Em" (for Texas Hold 'em using Icehouse pyramids; Andy described this in a back issue of the WWN)
"What is Homeworlds?" (also for Icehouse)

That's five cards.  No Chrononauts there.  Bummer.

I see that we can now buy some Uberchrononauts Gold Watches at
http://www.looneylabs.com/OurStores/product.html?ProductID=255 ; I also
see there are some 2005 Promo cards at
http://www.looneylabs.com/OurStores/product.html?ProductID=252 , but the
pictures are so small that I can't tell for sure if any of them are
Chrononauts cards. Does anybody else here know?

(I'm still pondering whether to pick up the Time Repair Agency t-shirt,
at http://www.looneylabs.com/OurStores/product.html?ProductID=228 , too...)

Thank you for your time,
--
