Heard about this on NPR yesterday. Of course the name of this artifact itself was intriguing, since it contains "Ice House". And that it is a storied, stolen artifact (much like the more famous and less portable Mona Lisa) makes it perfect for introduction as a Chrononauts artifact, don't you think?
Being that it is an envelope, should it act as a "Memo To Your Future Self"? Someone recently posted lamenting the fact that EAC lacks its own "German Chocolate Cake". Maybe this could be it. Unplayable if the South wins the Civil War, since who would want to put Lincoln on a stamp if he couldn't hold the nation together?
And it is suggestive of a couple possible missions: for Uberchrononauts, "Stolen Goods" along with the
most credible Mona Lisa in play and the Golden Spike? Or how about some sort of Looney Labs themed mission along with Tirade and ...?
