On this machine here, I find that double-clicking the shortcut does
not work, but double-clicking "classes\classes.jar" works fine.

As far as I know, you are correct that the game doesn't violate the
policy, but whoa, the game resources contain scans of every card in
the deck. I don't think Looney Labs is going to come after you or
anything, but... whoa.
