I have a couple of questions regarding the Really Fast Time Machine and Teeny Tiny Time Machine promo cards. They both state that there is a limit of two per deck.

Question 1: Does this mean two period, or can there be two of each, or only two of one card?

Question 2:  Does this apply in ÜberChrononauts?
