There's a page of all sorts of pictures of Looney Labs stuff:
http://www.looneylabs.com/Resources/index.htmlAnd on that page, they say:
"Please use our images only for good, never for evil"
Which means it's OK to use stuff, as long as it's something cool - and they do like to know how you used their images.
So go for it - it's all good!

Sapient Bill,
Wow, it's been awhile since I have spelled LOONEY without the 'e'. Good idea. Thanks.
Can I still use the clip art of the mad Lab Rabbit donned in labcoat and carrying a pyramid and Fluxx cards?

You could always call it "Loony for Learning" using the alternate
spelling and avoiding any perceived conflict.
