Just make sure she doesn't catch you in the act of trying to add the card! If she's as good a player as you say she is, she probably keeps an eye on that sort of thing. ;) As for the 'surrender your ring finger' card, what you could do is discard it as a part of your normal "Hand limit 0" turn. Of course, it will be a new card to her, so she will have to pick it up and read what it says. It says; "If you pick up this card to read the rules, you must place it in your hand. Then, immediately surrender your ring finger to the player who discarded this card." or some such. But I like the first card idea better.
