How about putting a Blanxx card in it with something like:
Action: Once you've had a bunch of fun with this deck, go buy your own and pass this deck onto someone who will have as much fun with it as you have had... and who will pass it on as well. Or, if you'd rather, send it back to me and I'll start it on it's travels again.
(and include your address)
It would be cool to have a card or something in there too, whereupon people could record where they are in the world as they're playing... before they pass it onto someone new.
This would be like the Fluxx version of Flat Stanley
