At first I thought, Dutch Fluxx? Why wasn't I informed? Then I realized you were talking about German Fluxx.

They're probably translation errors. Tell me, how is the grammar? I was told by some Japanese friends that the wording in Japanese Fluxx is a little off. It might be the same thing depending on who they got to translate. If I were playing, I would either go with the intended meaning or the literal wording, depending on which was more fun at the time.
