Hi, Jesse. First of all, I apologize for the bug with the Privacy and
ToS page. I tested that months and months ago. I don't know how I
broke it, but it's working again now.
I personally have never played Homeworlds until now. It was suggested
to me as a coding project by other players. I will revisit the code
this week and see what I can do about introducing Good and Evil rules.
