That's a white stash and some origami paper stuck together with 3M brand
77 spray adhesive.*

If you're going to try this yourself, use just a thin layer of glue and
let it get a little tacky before you apply paper to pyramid.  Otherwise
it acts more as a lubricant than an adhesive -- such a mess.  Cleanup
requires mineral spirits or somesuch.

* I rely on www.thistothat.com for such advice.  "Because," as the site
says, "people have a need to glue things to other things."
