When I'm just sitting around with five colors of pyramids (or five Treehouse sets) and a Volcano board, I usually go for IceSolo by Kristin Matherly.

Yes, I know... The rules as given there use only four colors and no board.  The extention to five colors is obvious and makes the scoring a little more "symmetric" since the Rainbow Bonus is equally difficult for rows and columns.  Using the board is nice.
