I agree with Don. I like competive games. Just becuse a game is 'competitive' doesn't mean it is teaching fighting or conflict. I think competition is an important life skill. (NOT fighting or war- but competion).

cooperation and cooperative games are very importat, too. I think a well-rounded person knows how to be either and when each is appropriate.

In a cooperative game... where's the challenge?  You would have to be
against some kind of outside force, which would have to be randomized
and I'm less of a fan of randomized games, and then, even with that,
it's more of a puzzle.
