[Icehouse] New rules for Icehouse

The rules for Icehouse as posted at http://beta.looneylabs.com/games/icehouse
have a couple of problems.

One, they say "How to Play Launchpad 23" at the top.

Two, often when the letters "fi" are supposed to appear in the text,
they are missing. This is a common problem when converting from page
layout software. Examples:

"If you crash a piece, you must sacrice the piece you crashed it with."

"In the rst stages of the game, players are safe"
