My suggestion is to add two pieces of flavor to add clarity: The cards in your hand are your storyboard and remain hidden until story time. Face up cards on the table are brainstorming cards, and cards discarded from your hand are added to the brainstorming cards. Begin the game with 6 cards from the top of the deck face up on the table. I also hope there's room on the card sheet for you to have a "the game designer" card for an "I met Andy and got a card" type card. I hope that Blanxx will be available at launch, too. :) Topher -----Original Message----- Date: Wednesday, May 19, 2010 9:38:48 am To: "Nanofictionary Discussion List" <nanofictionary@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> From: "Andy Looney" <andy@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Subject: Re: [Nanofictionary] New Rules: discards > First off, Andy, please clarify what it means to discard a > card. Perhaps there's a better name for it, since it's not in a pile at all. Slush pile could work... -- Andy _______________________________________________ Nanofictionary mailing list Nanofictionary@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://lists.looneylabs.com/mailman/listinfo/nanofictionary
