Title: Necromonicon '06
Location: Tampa, FL
Date: 10/27/06-10/29/06

Arrived at Necromonicon in Tampa, FL friday afternoon and found another rabbit who was running a (mini?) experiment on the schedule at the time.. I joined in and promptly helped teach a few new people how to play zendo as the master. While I had some samurai type garb with me, I was not yet dressed in it, so later in the con, I needed to correct that by teaching a few more folks in full gear. Zendo was extra bonus goodness, because anyone who knows me knows I am a avid addicted AYAW player....

And so, not able to wait until the evening when I was scheduled to run Werewolf for the con later in the night for 6 hours, we started up early once the experiment slot ended, with villages existing in various sizes and quantities over the course of the next 40 hours straight, perhaps with a 2 or so hour break at or around the 630am time when enough villagets were harder to come by. After the first 4 or 6 hours of moderating, others stepped up to the plate and I got to also play in the marathon that was created!

While the positioning of the room we were in (for the majority of the time) was not ideal for hooking in new victi.... er, villagers [as we were distinctly seperated from both LARP HQ as well as the ever popular con suite (see: best free food source ever), both of which are often hubs of massive activity,] we still managed to draw in and create many new fans of this game that became addicted and played for hours on end, as well as see some familiar faces from other cons gone by. As best I could tell, no vendors at this con appeared to have been carrying AYAW, so looneylabs.com will hopefully get some added traffic as new fans look to buy AYAW, and they have the serendipity of learning more about the entire Looney lineup!

Food! Food is good! Sleep?! Sleep is Bad.
"is" -is- optional; if you can't remember all the words to this mantra due to sleep deprevation (who possibly could memorize something this long and complex?,) just leave "is" out. Don't worry, you won't remember what you were mumbling about after 40 hours anyway.

Congradulations! Due to sudden unexpected vacanies, You have won an all expense paid trip for up to 13 people.. Take your entire family! We trust you will enjoy your stay at the luxurious Hakuna Matatta Village, where you can feel safe in the knowledge that it has been certified by the NLBG (Nocternal Lupine Board of Governors) to be 100% werewolf free! So hurry and get going, the remainder of your life is waiting!
