For a good example of what the subject line should look like, take a glance at all the Chattacon emails, which list the con, the date and the place all on the subject line.

If you're going to a con and/or want to organize Rabbits at a con, feel free to post things to this list. Just try to include con name in the subject line so that Rabbits who want to avoid the noise can ignore that email. Also, even though it's been posted in a Con Alert, it's always good to include basic info like Place and Date or a URL as a quick line
w/in the email.
