A few weeks ago, I was sent a recipe for a tie-dye cheesecake by some fellow Rabbits. ( http://www.slashfood.com/2006/03/13/tie-dyed-red-velvet-cheesecake-recipe/ ) The St. Louis warren was getting together for a tie-dye party to make some shirts for an upcoming experiment, so I thought that would be the perfect time to try out the recipe. I couldn't find any red velvet cake mixes, so I just used a vanilla wafer crust of my own recipe. I made sure to take a picture, and I thought I'd like to share this Looney Labs inspired dessert!
