1 lb P & D Shrimp
1/2 Stick Butter
1 Tbsp. Pumpkin pie spice
1 14oz. Can diced tomatoes drained
1 tsp. Chili powder
2 tsp cumin
4 cloves garlic minced
1—melt butter in skillet add garlic and dry ingredients. Simmer about two minutes.
2—Add diced tomatoes. Return to simmer for about 4 minutes
3—add shrimp toss to coat and cook 8 minutes or until shrimp is done.
Serve over rice or couscous.
