I have a friend who does Palm and Windows CE programming, and acts as
a consultant if you'd like to hire her. She's into gaming, but
probably wouldn't do it for free.
If you want it available on the iPhone, you just need to make it a
web page, probably in the form of an AJAX application (that is, it
uses JavaScript to send moves to the server and update the page,
while using HTML and graphics to display the state of the game).
