I will happily take the lead for getting us organized for Dragon Con.
I'll be there on Thursday to help two of the exhibitors get organized.. so I
can be available to do setups etc.. I want to scout out areas for Overnight
Werewolf in the hotel anyway.. already considering that to be a primary need
to idenfity early on and get ok's from the gaming area leads.
I'd like to get our tables assigned for us as early as Thursday afternoon.
So if Josh is cool with me taking the lead in organizing.. we can get a
schedule set up.. and sent in for the daily dragon every day. For those
that don;t know the daily Dragon is the newspaper thats put out every day of
the Convention that gives updates on the schedules in the pocket guide.
I'll try to wiggle us some space for Tourney Times in that to raise interest
in the games. If we can get updates in every issue we'll get free
advertising for every day of the con... WHOO HOO
I've also got some decorating ideas since we wont have the treehouse.
So, let identify a lead for the con and lets get started.. 7 days go fast!

Looney Labs will not be attending Dragon*Con, but I'm sure there will be
some Rabbits there. There hasn't been any official coordination of the
Rabbits--I think Billy's going to be there, but I'm not sure what his plans
are. Paizo Publishing will be in the gaming hall selling our games, and
there may be a couple of other retailers there in the Dealer's Hall or
exhibit hall spaces with our games as well.
