As long as you do this for every size mid, it won't affect stacking or nesting at all. Now, you might want to generally "narrow" the edge (i.e. "shave off" the edge being overlapped by the adjacent side), if you want *exactly* scaled mids. But a 1/2" variance from exact scale doesn't seem a big deal to me, once you've got mids over a foot tall (larges). Or am I misunderstanding...? David
