My favorite shop in the area is actually over the river in NJ. All Things Fun (http://www.allthingsfun.net) is a locally owned brick and mortar store (I want to say mom & pop but they are my age). they are on rt 73 in West Berlin so if you are near the Betsy Ross or Tacony-Palmyra bridge it is extremely easy to find. Getting there from the Walt Whitman or Ben Franklin bridges is not difficult either.
