Touche! But seriously, I couldn't very well refer to our natural satillite
as simply "the moon," because "moon" could mean anything. All the other
moons where humans live have names, like Titan, Europa, Ganymede, Callisto,
(not Io, that sucker's a nightmare!). So for ease of reference, Earth's
moon is called Luna. It plays an important role, as the Venutian invasion
of Luna is what starts the Great Solar War.
