I got a suggstion offline to maybe use Nanofictionary cards instead of Fluxx.

I think making your own deck might be better. That way only the best
of the tarot and fluxx cards would as they say make the cut.
You could put in the Halloween ideas, some fluxx keepers, some major
arcana and go to town.
I guess my best advice is tread lightly you have a potential of
offending both the believers and the non-believers alike.
