I greatly enjoyed most all MPFC I've watched, and this one is great -- but Pining for the Fjords, while great and memorable (though whether it's "most memorable" is obviously subjective) will confuse a lot more semi-enthusiasts than placate hardcore-enthusiasts. Plus, in my experience, anyone who is likely to get bent out of shape about not having the reference be their exact choice, has a love of argument -- or perhaps Abuse? ;-) -- and why take that away from them? The sheer volume of house rules and unofficial expansions to this deck is likely to be legen- (wait for it) Cheers, Ankhst p.s. dary > X-Spam-Checker-Version: SpamAssassin 3.1.0 (2005-09-13) on lists.looneylabs.com > X-Barracuda-BBL-IP: nil > X-Spam-Level: > X-Spam-Status: No, score=0.0 required=5.0 tests=AWL autolearn=disabled version=3.1.0 > X-Original-To: fluxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx > Delivered-To: fluxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx > DKIM-Signature: v=1; a=rsa-sha256; c=relaxed/relaxed; d=gmail.com; s=gamma; h=domainkey-signature:received:received:message-id:date:from:to :subject:in-reply-to:mime-version:content-type :content-transfer-encoding:content-disposition:references; bh=ZV1I/qeZnTRUPEbWEsfgQ0qtf9eIJll9UlGcgm22jPI=; b=BdiJXh4QHQChWsfiaUnOm6A6DeIKUdUMtpz9wytTUH/JEU8b/KVLeSnzyL/RRo7VRw eAsdsC3Y2jnucKRgSzQg3ZGnr20DKvyjU5aO4xEOxu9KWFCCFRjLOxpEg/y4gjx8vfxW Ci/gs6D6k2JhPYs3gOmOaILOFGX8pkc1ei6K4= > DomainKey-Signature: a=rsa-sha1; c=nofws; d=gmail.com; s=gamma; h=message-id:date:from:to:subject:in-reply-to:mime-version :content-type:content-transfer-encoding:content-disposition :references; b=i88fA7AjjM9ZWc+KnGKE+kVX+KiTzgR2TIVEp1Ir+AJxElqydCVoD1ttgvUpNWs5kv /0lqdMgm0GAQZNYpHVoZ4Fv+cDFGjnpcyqQMq4WTvuBoC0Xy2T3cGg4EGmD68D6nUiqL imakrks0/WnzMotiZ++rpPTYi02iPyPNtOkoo= > Date: Tue, 5 Aug 2008 17:43:32 -0400 > From: "Doug Orleans" <dougorleans@xxxxxxxxx> > To: "Fluxx Discussion List" <fluxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> > Subject: Re: [Fluxx] Monty Python Feedback Feedback > Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit > Content-Disposition: inline > X-Barracuda-Encrypted: AES256-SHA > X-Barracuda-Bayes: INNOCENT GLOBAL 0.0000 1.0000 -2.0210 > X-Barracuda-Spam-Report: Code version 3.2, rules version 3.2.1.1860 Rule breakdown below pts rule name description ---- ---------------------- -------------------------------------------------- 0.10 RDNS_NONE Delivered to trusted network by a host with no rDNS > > Can you just call the card "Pining for the Fjords"?
