Have you considered this for the Treehouse packaging: instead of
putting stickers on the tube, you would put a piece of paper in the
tube. The piece of paper would be as tall as the tube, (minus room
for the cap, of course), and twice as wide as a side of the tube, but
folded in half from top to bottom. It would not be creased flat,
however; it would be flat against two sides of the tube, and thus you
would have two panels visible from the outside. So you would now have
four panels worth of space instead of just three. Obviously, the two
panels visible from the outside would have the "Treehouse" name,
Looney Logo, "choking hazard" warning, and UPC symbol, just like the
first two stickers shown in the current draft. It would also have the
beginning of the rules, but make it clear at the bottom that the
rules continue on the other side of the page, and now you have two
more panels instead of just one for better rules clarification.
