Are you sure that was the second? I was pretty sure it was the third, as I distinctly remember thinking that if Ross had tried restructuring the other piece, he would a) have been able to more easily and b) would have had just enough to win the game and tournament. But maybe I am indeed confused. Perhaps Eeyore or Ross himself can add something to this. Josh says about my lead going into the third game.
