It's correct. A very, very important rule in Zendo is that all isomorphic rules are identical. there's noting wrong with expressing rule using externalities (hell, by that logic, the usual descriptors of Zendo themselves are externalities; you don't need to explain Weird, Flat, and Upright, nor do you need to explain small, medium, and large -- you should, but that's so the Zendo players have a common language).
