Would it jack up the manufacturing price to have them Rainbow on one side and just plain white on the other?  If the new ones are like the old ones, you could just fold them insideout to make a single color stash.

(But this isn't anything that hasn't been mentioned before.)

True.  But that doesn't work for the small-sized ones.
