Yup - we have an entire mailing list for Dragon*Con planning. And here's the best reason to jump this discussion over there: the archives. Any list member can read through the archives, catching up on what they might miss (especially easier if it's on a specific list rather than lost in the Rabbits stuff here) AND you can check to see what had been planned in the past for that con so you can garner ideas for this year.
The only 3 cons we have specific lists for are GenCon, Origins and Dragon*Con. I expect that soon, we will want to distill the wisdom from those lists onto specific pages on the Rabbit wiki (which can be found at:
http://rabbits.continuation.org/wiki/Main_Page) but the email lists rock for planning time.
