You are right, which means you need a Play all instead of a Play 4, and can substitute a Let's do that again to re-use Jackpot.

Of course, a play all guarantees no cards in hand at the end of your first turn.

Thats 1 card played: drawing up is not a play.

End of Turn, and Discard your hand due to the Hand Limit 0.

But you have played Take Another Turn, so you do.

No hand Bonus means you draw a new hand of four cards (3 + 1 for Inflation).

Then Draw 6 as the start of your new turn (Draw 5 + 1 for Inflation).

9 cards in hand.
10 cads in hand: (3+1)+(5+1)=10
