Okay, I'll rethink that Fluxx engine I was thinking about creating in Flash.
Now, when it's your turn, cards aren't automatically added to your
hand, but you do get a 'draw' button and you have to observe it before
the end of your turn. This begs the question; you can draw a card,
play a card, draw another card, play another card... Right? Because,
why couldn't you, if such was your style? It might be confusing, sure,
but in Flash there are ways to make it less so.

Now if only I was a little better with Flash...

PS: Re: James Hazelton's response;

I think "Draw one card *and then* play one card" defines that Drawing
comes before Playing, at least when the draw 1 play 1 card is the only
draw and/or play card in effect. However, I feel that "Immediately"
only refers to the fact that you need to draw the extra cards before
the end of your turn, that is, THIS round and not the next round.

My two cents.
