Crap. I uploaded the .odt (open document text) file to BGG instead of the .pdf file.
It still opens if you have openoffice, staroffice, or anything else that opens .odt's. The link is:

I fully agree that Gnostica is very complex. However, just to
clarify, it does not have any interrupts; more generally, you never
have any choices to make when it's not your turn.
