Take a look again at the video about LL office space:
Remember that since that video was made, LL has been reduced by 2 people (Luisa and myself) and that Craig is a *very* part time worker - programmer only.
Very very small company folks. Your orders are handled by people who are constantly having to multitask, wearing several hats at once. Your orders are not being robo-processed by unknown drones of a huge corporate warehouse.
