To the list of suggestions, I'll add
http://www.wikidot.com/features it offers a wiki, forums (linked to the wiki and using the same syntax), file hosting and also supports your own domain mapping... it's quite nice. Problem is people have to register first on
wikidot.com and then can become members of your site.
