Hello Di,

They WILL be available before points expire - they'd better be, since we need them for GenCon!

Kristin reports:
We will be able to put the promo card pack up for sale soon - and they will start shipping late next week (July 27th) or maybe Monday (the 30th) - our printer promised us a ship date (to us) of July 25th.

So when that happens, we'll have the prize support page up so that you can order multiples for events. There will be some cost, but it will go down with larger quantities.

As for any of you who missed out on getting a free pack with your Rabbit point order, just mention on a future order that you missed out because of the printing snafu, and I'll toss in one for free.

Yay Alison and Craig! Wonderful news!!!

I will be placing an order soon for a few things and am hoping to include
several packs of the new promo-cards in the mix as hand-outs to family
and friends. Any word on whether or not the new promo cards might be
available before the deadline to use points?

Hello Rabbits of various... stripes?

I apologize for the cross posting.

SuperFRED is a quirky and sometimes clumsy Rabbit-point manager. The
problem with point transfers in the past was that we had been unable to
remove points from a Rabbit manually. The only way to reduce a Rabbit's
points was to use them in an order.

We have received occasional requests over the years to transfer points,
it was so difficult that we had always vetoed it. When we got a recent
request however, we thought that since we'd set a deadline to spend
we might take a look again at implementing something more versatile.

In short, we got Craig to build us a tool in SuperFRED that lets us adjust
points in both directions!

So if you're wondering what to do with your extra points, this means you
could transfer them to someone else, say, to consolidate shipping, for
example, or just to be nice. Of course, if you'd like to donate them back
to Looney Labs, we would be very grateful to accept them as well (We've
one person do this already - I tested the tool, and it seems to work!

If you have any point transfer or donation requests, please email us at
customer-support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, and I'll adjust points as directed.
